So they are alone every time, but I get three in the same time, you have also to explain me that. ![]() I m not a bike company, I work in a computer/electronic material repair, so I spent about hours now, nothing works, and it's none of me or my client's fault, just part of your updates/software not working/recognizing ITS OWN BOSCH MATERIAL? Just to tell you I sell softwares costing the price of your bikes, and people buy it for the easy use, do not expect a good advertising from your products or to enlarge the potential of buyers if you are not able to fix this quickly and propose a friendly user system: easy download link, extract, install and usable software/updates. Sorry you got to read people frustration, but we talk about a lot of money and time invested in your company, that is far from being friendly user apparently. ![]() So this software is professional wise, requiring extra material with the USB tool, so why BOSCH prevent people from reaching the link ? You just prevent people from working. You redirect to the developper website, but no download link there either. ![]() So you just created another infinite impossible loop on internet, one inbetween many. ![]()
